1. Introduction

• These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of the Ecosystem Cards Printed deck (“Product”) by resense360 GmbH, a company registered in Prenzlauer Allee 186, 10405 Berlin, Germany, registry number: HRB 262140 B (“we”, “us”, or “our”), to Customers (“you” or “your”).
• By purchasing the Product from the website https://ecosystem.cards, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product Information

• The Product consists of a deck of printed paper cards, size A6.
• The price per deck is €29 (VAT included).
• We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are placed through our website https://ecosystem.cards.
• Payment methods accepted: Stripe (credit/debit card payments), bank transfer.
• Orders will be processed once payment has been received.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing or stock availability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship worldwide and apply delivery fees based on destination:

Zone 1 (Germany): € 4.50 — Hermes tracked
Zone 2 (European Union member states): € 8.50 — Hermes tracked
Zone 3 (United Kingdom & Switzerland): € 19.50 — DHL tracked
Zone 4 (Rest of the world): € 25.50 — DHL tracked

• All prices include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery times vary by location and are estimated at 5–10 business days within Europe and 10–20 business days for international destinations.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

• If you receive a defective or damaged Product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@resense360.com with your order details and photos of the defect.
• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. You must return the item in its original condition.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed once we receive the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

• Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.
• To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@resense360.com with your order details.
• You must return the Product in its original condition within 14 days of notifying us.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method once the returned Product is received.
• Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.
• Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Ecosystem Cards are published under Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
• The Product is for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on https://resense360.com/privacy.
• Payment details are processed securely via Stripe, and we do not store payment information.

10. Amendments to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website https://ecosystem.cards.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Berlin, Germany.
